Top 10 Sci-Fi movies of the decade (2000-2009). Final list
Here I go. These movies are my favourite Sci-fi films of the decade. It has been very difficult to select a top 10, especially the top 5 where the quality of those movies are really awesome. Anyway this is my top 10:
- 10 - Star Trek (2009)
- 9 - District 9
- 8 - Serenity
- 7 - X-men 2
- 6 - Primer
- 5 - Wall-E
- 4 - Children of Men
- 3 - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
- 2 - Minority Report
- 1 - A.I. Artificial Intelligence
Minority Report and A.I. are my favourite films of this decade and I chose A.I. because the message is much deeper and thoughtful than Minority. The final 15 minutes are the most awesome Sci-Fi experience I’ve ever had in a long time and the most breathtaking, shocked and terrifying vision of our future world and the evolution of machines. An original Kubrick story directed by Spielberg who is the king of this decade. A.I. is a great masterpiece.
